Fundraising at The Academy Of Academic Excellence (AAE)

STEM RVA conducted a 4-week program in Chess and Programming in Python at the Academy of Academic Excellence (AAE) in the spring of 2023. The AAE is a prestigious private school in Richmond Virginia, focusing on delivering an exceptional education to elementary school-aged children.

Our classes were a huge success, and we received a substantial financial contribution from the AAE that will be used to support our cause of providing a quality education to children in Richmond and communities in Ethiopia and India.

The services of STEM RVA volunteers were greatly appreciated, and our team received positive feedback from the pupils of AAE and their parents. We are very thankful to the AAE’s Dean, Mrs. Busch, for allowing us to teach the students attending AAE and for supporting us and our mission.
