Village Tinsi, Madhya Pradesh, India

Tinsi is a rural village in the Sagar District of Madhya Pradesh in India. It is a very small, remote village a total population of around 450 people. The residents of Tinsi are mostly farmers who do not have access to basic resources and are economically underserved.

The children in this village lack basic health and educational facilities. They are cut off from mainstream education and resources because affording basic educational materials, like books, is a challenge for their families.

STEM RVA is helping the children of Tinsi by collecting funds to support their education. These funds will be used to supplement their education by funding for books, teachers, and their school facilities.

In July of this year, STEM RVA has provided school bags, lunch boxes and other supplies to over 150 students in Tinsi.

Mera Pind, Punjab, India

In Punjab, we are working with the Sai Wiranwali Educational Trust to help children get basic educational materials like books, teachers, and uniforms in rural areas of Punjab. We are starting with supporting 2 villages – Jadla and Sardulapur. Although these villages have access to mainstream education, most children here do not have resources to be able to use these opportunities without some help. The Sai Wiranwali Educational Charitable Trust has been helping children in these areas for many years.

STEM RVA is collaborating with the Sai Wiranwali Educational Charitable Trust to help these students by conducting STEM classes these schools and also by collecting funds, which will be used to supplement their education by helping them to get access to books, teachers uniforms, and other educational materials.
